  • Where do we deliver?

    We currently deliver to:

    London, within the M25 

    Brighton and Hove 

    Sussex, Surrey and West Kent -- between the A3 and A21 

    The M25 Orbit - the series of towns around the M25 (set days)

    We have a postcode checker on every product to ensure we do deliver to your area. Please ensure you use the postcode of the address the box will be delivered to.

  • What subscriptions do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of subscriptions from weekly or fortnightly for our fresh produce through to monthly for our wine boxes. 

    You can mix and match your subscriptions to suit your needs.

  • Can I try a box before starting a subscription?

    Yes! All of our boxes are available to buy as a one off item, a great way to try our boxes before you subscribe.

    Once you subscribe you can pause or skip deliveries whenever you want.

    All subscription boxes come with free delivery.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    Delivery is free for any subscription boxes.

    A small delivery fee of £2.90 is added to any one-off orders of less than £30.

  • What if I’m not home when you deliver?

    Our driver will look for a safe ‘hidden’ spot to leave your box. If there is nowhere available then we will try to redeliver the next day.

    Please leave alternative delivery instructions with customer service if you know you aren't going to be in.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes of course. Simply log into your account and click manage subscriptions. From here you can skip as many deliveries as you would like or pause your subscription.

    Remember to pause your subscription before your billing day in order to guarantee your next box won't be delivered.

    If you are receiving a box too often or not often enough, then please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be more than happy to change the frequency of your subscription.

  • Can I add to my order or subscription after check out?

    Yes, any additional orders placed under your account name by 8pm the day before your scheduled delivery will arrive with your order.

  • Can I customise my box?

    At present no, however we are working on this and hope to have something in place soon. 

  • How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

    Simply log into your account and click manage subscriptions. From here you are able to cancel and make changes to your subscription, like pausing or removing an item.
